I absolutely love dressing my baby boy. Hands down, way more fun than dressing myself each day. But needless to say, we don’t have a lot of money to go crazy with it — nor do I want to! (Who wants to spend $40 on t-shirt they will grow out of in 3 months?!?)
“Lookbooks” are big recently, so I’ve decided to start creating my own from a few stores and/or sites that I’ve been eyeballing as of late. My intention? Create the look for less. By carrying my look book around with me (on Pinterest, smartphone, etc.) I can try and recreate the look for less the next time I’m on one of my thrifting shopping trips. Or, even more daringly, try and replicate the look with my good ‘ol sewing machine. I think a few of the rompers I have included could be good candidates for such an experiment!
